Be very comfortable communicating with racers and dealers, and understanding their needs.

Communicating with vendors / suppliers acquiring performance products.

Knowledgeable and enjoy brainstorming sessions on new racing products.

Working knowledge of high performance motorcycles with an emphasis on drag racing.

Must be a strong self starter and thinker.
